GetGuestHub is operated by AANDSTAD UTVIKLING AS, trading as GetGuestHub ("GetGuestHub", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
GetGuestHub provides hosts with a digital guest guide they can share with guests of their short-term rental. Features may change as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the content you publish in your guest guide. You must not misuse the service, including unlawful use, fraud, spam, IP infringement, or attempts to interfere with the security of the service (malware, probing, scraping).
GetGuestHub, its software, design and branding remain our property. You retain ownership of the content you publish and grant us a limited licence to host and display it solely to provide the service to you and your guests.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, subscription renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your account or via Paddle; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.
GetGuestHub uses Paddle, Google Maps Platform, and other providers. Their terms apply to data they receive.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Place data, opening hours, and contact details come from third-party sources and may be incorrect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetGuestHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
