GetGuestHub, operated by AANDSTAD UTVIKLING AS, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at Hello@getguesthub.com and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Requests made after the 30-day window are handled case by case in line with Paddle's refund policy.
