Something not working, or did something break? Don't worry — just let us know. • Small issues (a lightbulb out, a remote not responding, low soap): send a quick message to James and we'll sort it on the next visit. • Urgent issues (water leak, no heat, power out, broken lock): call James directly on +1 (970) 555-0142 — he usually answers within a few minutes. • Accidental damage: please tell us honestly. Small breakages happen and are usually not a problem — hiding them makes it harder for the next guest. A small toolbox with basic tools, spare bulbs and fuses is in the storage cupboard by the entrance.
